After more than two decades in the hospitality industry, we knew it was time to create a place of our own. When we found this building overlooking the North Head ferry wharf, we saw more than a vacant restaurant. We saw the opportunity to restore a gathering place for the community and create a welcoming destination for both Grand Manan residents and visitors alike. Every decision we make, from the renovation to the menu, is guided by one simple goal: to build a restaurant where great food, genuine hospitality, and a relaxed atmosphere come together.
The Chart Room is the realization of a long-held dream. More than anything, we hope it becomes a place where people gather often, celebrate life's milestones, reconnect with friends, and always feel welcome. We look forward to opening our doors and becoming part of the everyday rhythm of island life.
